Metamorfosis Mujer 2026
Metamorfosis Mujer, originally created by Mujeres Omega Foundation, returns in 2026 as a collaborative experience in partnership with Latincouver—through She Latina—Infinity Growth, and Mujeres Omega Foundation. This sixth edition builds on a growing movement dedicated to uplifting and empowering women of all ages through meaningful transformation and personal growth. Taking place this May, the conference will be hosted in a hybrid format, both in person and online, to ensure an inclusive and dynamic space. Participants will have the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, enhance their emotional well-being, and take bold steps forward in their personal journeys. Designed specifically for Latina women, the conference will be conducted in Spanish and Portuguese, honoring our shared culture and identity while fostering deep community connections.

8-Week STEM Series for Mothers & Daughters
Building Bridges is a hands-on STEM program designed to introduce girls to science, technology, engineering, and math while strengthening the bond between mothers and daughters through collaborative learning.
Location: Terwillegar Recreation Centre, Edmonton

Monthly Wellbeing Circles for Women
Mindful Connections offers intentional spaces for Latina women to slow down, reflect, share stories, and nurture their mental and emotional wellbeing through mindfulness, creativity, and community care.
Location: Hyperbaric Health & Spa, Edmonton
When: Once a month.
Time: Evening sessions.
Group size: 10–12 participants
