We are excited to announce the return of our Strive to Empowerment event, taking place on September 30, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fox Drive Stairs in Edmonton, Alberta. This event is held in honor of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day dedicated to recognizing the history and ongoing legacy of residential schools and fostering reconciliation.

Last year, we gathered at the same location, and it was an impactful day of reflection and solidarity. We wore our orange shirts with pride, raised awareness about the inter-generational impacts of residential schools, and honored the message that “Every Child Matters.” We also enjoyed an enriching walk, with many of you joining us to make a statement for change.
