Who We Are
Mujeres Omega Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization based in Edmonton, Alberta. We design and deliver community-led programs that prioritize prevention, holistic wellbeing, and long-term relationships rooted in trust, culture, and dignity.
Our work is shaped by the voices and lived experiences of Latina women and families. We focus on creating safe, welcoming spaces where community members can connect, create, learn, and build meaningful relationships.

What We Do
Mujeres Omega Foundation delivers programs that support families holistically:
- Building Bridges – STEM Program: STEM learning for mothers and daughters that builds confidence, curiosity, and opportunities in science and technology.
- Kids & Moms Workshops: Monthly family workshops rooted in the importance of play as a tool for child development, emotional connection, and maternal wellbeing.
- Mindful Connections: Mental health and wellbeing gatherings for women focused on mindfulness, storytelling, creativity, and peer support.
- Community Events: Collective gatherings that celebrate culture, healing, and leadership — including Metamorfosis Mujer and Strive to Empowerment.
