At Mujeres Omega Foundation, we believe that meaningful change begins by listening to the people who live, work, and build community every day.
We are pleased to share an opportunity for members of our community to participate in a Community Resiliency Discussion organized by Action for Healthy Communities as part of a Participatory Action Research (PAR) project.
Participatory Action Research is a collaborative approach that brings community members together to share experiences, identify priorities, and help shape solutions that can strengthen communities and improve services for the future.
This conversation is an opportunity for Latina women, families, youth, seniors, and community members to share their perspectives, challenges, strengths, and ideas in a welcoming and respectful environment.

Why Participate?
Too often, decisions are made without hearing directly from the people most affected by them. This session offers an opportunity to contribute your voice and help ensure that the experiences of our community are represented.
Your participation can help researchers, organizations, and community leaders better understand:
- Community strengths and resilience
- Barriers and challenges families face
- Opportunities for connection and support
- Priorities for future programs and services

A Community Conversation
This is not a presentation or a workshop. It is a conversation.
A space to share experiences.
A space to listen.
A space to contribute to a stronger, healthier, and more connected future for our communities.
We recognize that summer weekends are busy, and we appreciate everyone who chooses to participate. Every voice adds value to the conversation.
If you are interested in attending, please contact Mujeres Omega Foundation for more information.
Together, we can ensure that our stories, experiences, and hopes for the future are heard.

Because your voice matters.
