About the Program
Kids & Moms is a family-centered program created to highlight the importance of play as a foundation for children’s holistic development and as a form of preventive wellbeing for mothers.
Through guided play, creative activities, and shared experiences, children strengthen their emotional, social, and cognitive skills, while mothers are given intentional time to connect, slow down, and be present with their children.
At its core, Kids & Moms recognizes that:
- play supports children’s mental and emotional health, and
- when mothers play alongside their children, they also receive care, connection, and emotional relief.
This program offers a simple but powerful space for families to nurture their relationship and wellbeing together.
