As we reach the final days of the year, December 30 offers us a meaningful pause — a moment to reflect, give thanks, and look ahead with intention.
2025 has been a year of growth, learning, and deep community connection for Mujeres Omega Foundation. Through our programs, workshops, and gatherings, we witnessed the power of coming together — women sharing stories, families learning side by side, and children discovering joy through play and creativity.
This year reminded us that community care is not built in one moment, but through consistency, trust, and presence. From small circles to larger events, every space we created was rooted in dignity, culture, and the belief that wellbeing begins with connection.
As we close the year, we do so with immense gratitude for:
- the women who trusted our spaces
- the families who showed up with openness and curiosity
- our community partners and volunteers
- and everyone who supported our work through donations, time, and encouragement
Welcoming 2026 Together
We begin 2026 by returning to what grounds us most: family, play, creativity, and calm.
Our first event of the year will be:
Kids & Moms – January Edition
This special Kids & Moms gathering is designed to welcome the new year with intention and gentleness. Children and parents will participate together in activities that encourage creativity, mindfulness, and emotional connection.

What children will experience:
- Creating their own kid-themed vision board
- Painting and decorating a cookie
- Learning about chakras in a playful, age-appropriate way
- A gentle sound bath experience, guided by Viridiana from @flowmindfulme, using soft and calming sounds
This session offers a beautiful way for children to start the year feeling grounded, inspired, and calm — while parents engage alongside them in shared moments of presence and care.
Registration & Community Support
- Registration is required via Eventbrite
- A suggested donation will be collected and shared with Viridiana to help cover the cost of cookies and materials
These contributions allow us to keep the program accessible while honoring and supporting our collaborators.
Spots are limited — early registration is encouraged.
As we step into 2026, we remain committed to creating accessible, culturally responsive spaces where Latina women, children, and families can connect, grow, and thrive together.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
We look forward to welcoming the new year with you — with intention, creativity, and community at the center.
With gratitude,
Mujeres Omega Foundation
